What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and support leases, permits, licenses, and contracts tied to facility and tenant use
- Review development plans and ensure compliance with agreements and regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on projects and property use
- Conduct tenant compliance inspections and monitor improvements
- Track and report on revenue streams and operational performance
- Prepare reports, maps, and documentation to support ongoing operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in property management, contracts, leasing, or related work
- Ability to read, interpret, and manage contracts and agreements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a regulated, compliance-driven environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in aviation, transportation, or infrastructure environments
- Background in real estate, land use, or facilities management
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and multi-stakeholder coordination
