Role Description
We’re hiring a Business Developer to own HOA, multifamily, and commercial maintenance across Colorado.
This is not a small territory role.
This is a build-a-book, scale-it statewide role.
What you’re responsible for:
• Winning HOA, multifamily, and commercial maintenance contracts
• Building relationships with CAMs, HOA boards, and property managers
• Turning site walks into long-term recurring revenue
• Owning your pipeline, your numbers, and your clients
Territory: Entire state of Colorado
Book: Unlimited — you build it, you own it
Compensation:
• $85,000 – $100,000 base
• Commission on every deal you close
• Residual income on retained contracts
• Company truck
• Health insurance
