$75,000 – 105,000 (D.O.E.)

A major utility provider in MI is seeking a Citizen Developer to join the Corporate Safety team supporting safety observability platform enhancements. This is a semi-technical role suited for collaborative semi-technical individuals seeking a role in which to combine business collaboration and low-code technical work. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Support the safety observability platform through light development activities, leveraging existing platform functionality (no net‑new platform development).
• Build and maintain simple front‑end forms and components using established design patterns.
• Create and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support Corporate Safety analytics and insights.
• Perform minor configuration and UI updates aligned with business needs and approved standards.
• Collaborate with major stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.
• Partner with IT to ensure solutions align with governance, security, and platform constraints
• Provide documentation and basic knowledge transfer for solutions created.

Minimum requirements:

• Experience supporting technical initiatives in an enterprise environment, including gathering and defining requirements, creating or using dashboards, or performing light technical work (configuration, light UI work, data/reporting).
• Ability to learn technical terms and concepts and apply them in documentation, requirements, and stakeholder meetings.
• Experience configuring or querying low/no-code environments like Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
• Highly collaborative and inquisitive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and work through ambiguity.
