Our client, a leading independent U.S. Wholesale Insurance Brokerage, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Broker to support a growing Property team out of Dallas. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex Property accounts within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The Senior Associate Broker supports the placement process by managing submissions and policy documentation, servicing client needs, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, retail agents, and internal stakeholders.

They will also act as the internal referral point for the team and serve as the in-house specialist for marketing, ensuring all marketing of Insurance programs is handled efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Brokers to support the effective marketing and placement of specialist real estate and habitational risks
• Manage a complex portfolio of Property accounts, including submissions, quotes, and negotiations
• Manage the end-to-end submission process to meet client coverage objectives
• Liaise with Underwriters to secure competitive pricing and terms

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally 3+ years’ experience within Wholesale Property Insurance
• The ability to work as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment
• P&C and Surplus Lines licenses (as required)
