The Role
We're hiring an experienced, tech-savvy Property Manager to oversee an 87-unit residential portfolio in Liberty City. This is a hands-on role for someone who can close a lease, collect rent, and navigate Section 8 compliance with equal confidence.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound leads, schedule and conduct unit tours, and convert prospects into residents
- Screen applicants, process applications, and execute leases
- Post rent charges and manage collections, delinquency follow-ups, and notices
- Oversee Section 8 / HCV compliance: recertifications, inspections, RFTAs, and HAP contracts with Miami-Dade PHCD
- Manage resident relations, maintenance coordination, and lease enforcement
What You Bring
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Working knowledge of Section 8 / HUD compliance
- Proficiency with doorloop a plus
