Regional Property Manager- Covering Alabama & Mississippi Properties
Ready to lead, grow, and make an impact? We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 7 communities (1,188 units) and drive performance, team success, and resident satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support on-site teams across multiple properties
- Drive financial performance and ensure accurate reporting
- Oversee leasing, marketing, and maintenance operations
- Keep properties running smoothly, safely, and in compliance
- Analyze market trends and implement smart strategies for growth
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of property management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with Yardi Voyager/Rent Café (preferred)
- Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- A passion for customer service and team development
