I am partnering with a leading privately held real estate developer and property management firm with a strong presence across major North American markets. The company develops, builds, and manages a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed‑use assets.

Your new role

This is a contract Property Manager position supporting the operations of a Class A high‑rise asset. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional tenant experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing tenant relations and service delivery
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and vendor partners
• Handling budgets, reporting, and financial oversight
• Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience
• CPM or RPA designations preferred
• Experience with institutional‑style financial reporting
• Preferred experience with MRI, JDEdwards, Yardi, and Kardin
