They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Real Estate Lease Specialist (commercial)

$25-$35/hr Pay Rate

1 year Contract with Extensions

Must Haves:

-Experience in property management or lease management preferably in telecom or commercial real estate

-Must have experience with amendments of real estate leases and the administrative process of working with the landlords of the leases

-Positive attitude and quick learner

-Experience with the google suite and google docs

Day To Day:

They will be responsible for working with the Tower Companies (landlords) to do lease management. They will get different requests in that are related to uncashed checks, A/P management, ownership changes, tax changes, obtaining COIs, FAST 13, SNDAS, rofr (right of first refusal) and they will be responding accurately. This role will have a heavy volume of work and great computer skills specifically with the Google Suite are required.
