Senior Property Manager

ProspectBlue is seeking a Senior Property Manager for their client. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a portfolio of commercial assets while working closely with leadership to ensure properties operate efficiently and deliver a high level of service to tenants and ownership groups.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties
• Manage property operating budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting
• Prepare and manage CAM budgets and reconciliations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors
• Coordinate vendor services, contract negotiations, and bidding processes
• Oversee property maintenance and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, policies, and operational procedures
Qualifications
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience
• Experience managing office, retail, or mixed-use commercial assets
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and expense management
• Experience coordinating vendors and overseeing property maintenance projects
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
