Who we are:
SpectraCorp provides professional program management services for Health Care Providers and assists clients with funding from the FCC’s Rural Health Care program (RHCP), The Healthcare Connect Fund. A piece of the HCF provides funding support for eligible Health Care Providers’ core network components and network management software.
What you will be doing:
As a Project Coordinator at SpectraCorp, you will play a key role in supporting client-facing initiatives and internal project coordination focused on network documentation and funding support. This position blends technical aptitude, operational coordination, and relationship management, serving as a collaborative bridge between clients and internal delivery teams.
The role supports the Network Equipment component of SpectraCorp’s professional program management services for Health Care Providers. You will work with the team to understand our customers’ existing network environments and associated equipment in order to support funding requests through the RHCP.
- Detail-oriented, organized self-starter able to manage multiple workstreams
- Provide program and project coordination support for the Sales Engineering equipment team and account managers
- Support client-facing activities through technical aptitude and understanding of service solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and data across internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate implementation activities to support smooth project execution from start to finish
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery
- Clearly communicate project status, milestones, and timelines to internal and external stakeholders
What you bring:
- 2–3 years of experience supporting technical projects, accounts, or client-facing initiatives
- Foundational knowledge of network services and equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Clear, effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
- Willingness to learn RHCP rules and processes
- Accurate and timely database maintenance
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-based environment

- Visio experience
- Experience working in QuickBase or an equivalent relational database environment.
Position Type/Workdays:
This is a full-time position with benefits. Standard workdays are Monday- Friday.
