Job Overview:


This role is a Project Coordinator / PMO Specialist focused on supporting and coordinating project activities across teams in the USA and Canada. The position requires strong project management support skills, including tracking risks, managing resources, and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders.


Key Skills Required:

  • Project coordination and administration
  • PMO (Project Management Office) support
  • RAID log management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Resource scheduling and allocation
  • Familiarity with HR technology systems and processes
  • Stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination


Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities between U.S. and Canadian project teams.
  • Ensure key team members are available when needed.
  • Track and manage project dependencies.
  • Identify, escalate, and help mitigate project risks.
  • Maintain project governance documents such as RAID logs.
  • Support scheduling, resource planning, and project reporting.
