Project Control Coordinator

Position: Project Control Coordinator

Duration: 12-36 months

Location: Waukegan, IL 60087 onsite daily

I am looking for a Project Controls Coordinator to support Capital Projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. This individual will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Construction, Facilities, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and external contractors to help drive project execution, maintain project schedules, track project status, and coordinate project activities throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Capital Projects within a highly regulated manufacturing environment and be highly proficient with Microsoft Project for tracking project schedules, milestones, action items, and project deliverables.

This role is highly execution-focused and requires a strong project coordinator who can actively drive follow-up, maintain project visibility, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure project activities remain on track.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5+ years of Project Coordination, Project Controls, Project Engineering, or Project Management support experience
• Experience supporting Capital Projects is required
• Experience supporting Capital Projects within pharmaceutical, API, biotech, chemical, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project (MS Project)
• Experience maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, deliverables, and project status throughout the project lifecycle
• Experience coordinating Engineering, Construction, Facilities, Manufacturing, Validation, Quality, and contractor activities
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
