We are looking for a Project Manager (Automation, BMS, and Energy Controls) to lead end‑to‑end automation and controls scopes across hyperscale data center projects in the United States. This is a key, high‑impact role acting as the owner’s representative, ensuring technical excellence, quality, safety, and flawless project execution.


🔧 Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate complex automation and control systems for mission‑critical facilities, including:


  • Managing automation, BMS, and energy controls scopes throughout design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Acting as the owner’s representative and main liaison with designers, system integrators, general contractors, and commissioning teams.
  • Overseeing integration of BMS, electrical, mechanical, and IT systems to ensure seamless data center operation.
  • Leading schedule, budget, and cost‑control activities for automation and controls packages.
  • Reviewing control strategies, system architectures, technical specs, and sequences of operation.]
  • Supporting procurement and technical assessments of long‑lead equipment.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to automation, redundancy, and uptime in hyperscale environments.
  • Managing submittals, RFIs, field changes, and documentation to prevent delays.
  • Preparing and delivering executive‑level project status reports and dashboards.
  • Supporting commissioning phases and ensuring systems meet operational readiness requirements.
  • Providing specialized technical support, communication reports, and client coordination activities.



🎓 Qualifications


  • 10+ years of experience in automation, BMS, or controls in mission‑critical or large‑scale industrial projects.
  • Proven experience working with hyperscale data centers or similar critical facilities.
  • Strong background in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and measurement tables.
  • Knowledge in BMS, automation, PLC programming, control systems, and electrical diagrams.
  • English proficiency and current US work permit required.
