About the Opportunity
Our client, a band 1 ranked firm in energy, is seeking a Mid-Level Project Finance Associate (3-5 year JD) and a Senior Project Finance Associate (6 years +) to join a nationally recognized renewable energy project finance practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead sophisticated debt and tax equity financings that are central to the U.S. energy transition, with meaningful responsibility and direct client engagement.
The firm will consider lawyers based in Seattle, Minneapolis, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego, and San Francisco.

The team advises sponsors, developers, investors, and lenders on complex project financings and transactions across a broad range of infrastructure assets. The practice is known for its deep understanding of the full project lifecycle, including corporate structuring, site control, EPC and supply contracts, offtake arrangements, regulatory compliance, and innovative financing structures. The Role
This position sits within the firm's Corporate practice group and focuses on renewable energy and energy transition assets, including solar, wind, energy storage, and related infrastructure. The associate will play a lead role on transactions, working closely with clients, counterparties, and internal specialists from structuring through closing.
