I'm working directly with an AmLaw 100 Firm seeking a Project Finance Associate to join its nationally recognized Global Projects practice in Austin, Dallas, or Houston.
OVERVIEW
- 2–6 years of project finance experience preferred
- Compensation: $235,000–$390,000 + EOY bonuses
- Opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border energy and infrastructure transactions
- Exposure to high-profile renewable energy, power, infrastructure, and energy transition matters
- Strong partnership track and direct client contact opportunities
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- Representing sponsors, lenders, investors, or other stakeholders in project finance transactions
- Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents, and related financing agreements
- Renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or energy transition projects
- Experience with U.S. Department of Energy financing programs (Title XVII, ATVM, or similar government-backed financings) is highly preferred
- Managing complex transactions and coordinating across multidisciplinary deal teams
- Licensed in Texas or eligible to waive in
