I am currently representing a top-tier construction firm based in Florida looking for a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager to join their team.

Must have prior experience in the Healthcare construction sector.

This is a high-impact role that goes beyond basic administration. You will be the "analytical engine" of the project, managing technical documentation and driving critical financial forecasting.

What you’ll do:

• Technical Oversight: Manage RFIs, Submittals, and Shop Drawing reviews.
• Financial Intelligence: Build Cost Projection Worksheets and manage budget forecasting to prevent overruns.
• Field Coordination: Conduct site inspections for safety and quality; update schedules and track delays.
• Project Lifecycle: From assisting in Precon/Permitting to leading the final Close-out and Punch List.
