Project Coordinator & Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and outgoing Project Coordinator & Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys balancing project management, customer service, sales, and operational responsibilities.

The successful candidate will help manage projects from initial estimate through final completion while maintaining communication with customers, vendors, and internal team members. This individual will also assist with business development efforts, including prospecting and cold calling potential customers.



Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Administration
  • Prepare and assist with project estimates and proposals
  • Generate invoices and assist with billing processes
  • Track project status from sale through installation and completion
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
  • Ensure company processes and procedures are followed consistently
  • Organize and file project-related documents and correspondence
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics with customers, vendors, and installers
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively address potential delays
Customer & Vendor Relations
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Provide project updates and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
Business Development & Sales Support
  • Conduct cold calls and prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Follow up on leads and maintain prospect pipelines
  • Support local networking and relationship-building efforts
  • Assist with CRM management and lead tracking
Field Responsibilities
  • Visit job sites as needed to verify project progress and gather information
  • Ensure project details are accurately documented
  • Support installation teams by facilitating communication between customers and operations



QualificationsRequired
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable making outbound sales and prospecting calls
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Preferred
  • Experience in the glazing industry
  • Experience in construction, remodeling, specialty trades, or related blue-collar industries
  • Estimating or project coordination experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience using CRM systems and project management software
