Project Closeout Specialist

We are searching for a Project Closeout Specialist on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will be responsible for reviewing financing submissions and ensuring the accuracy and validity of all data, upholding all fund obligations. This job will require gaining a deep understanding of the residential solar financing industry and applying this knowledge to the review of financing submissions. Employees in this role will become an expert on both financing and operations workflow.

Location: Houston TX 77002

1-year contract assignment.(W-2)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, process and review financing submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with our requirements.
• Utilize exceptional analytical abilities to detect discrepancies or errors in project submissions by the customers.
• Ensure all quality standards and service levels are being met to provide the customers with industry best project approval process and support.
• Proactively escalate potential errors or anomalies to management.
• Operations processing.

Required Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED
• Associate's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 1+ years

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $20.00/hr. to $24.00/hr.
