JOB TITLE: Project Closeout Specialist

LOCATION: Houston, TX

SCHEDULE: Full-Time

DURATION: 12-Month Contract

PAY: $20/hr

In this role, you will review and validate residential solar financing submissions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to funding requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing financing submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  
• Analyzing financial and operational data to detect errors, discrepancies, or anomalies
  
• Ensuring all submissions meet required quality standards and service levels
  
• Supporting the financing approval process for residential solar projects
  
• Escalating issues, risks, or inconsistencies to management as needed
  
• Performing general operations processing and data validation tasks
  
  
  
  Essential Duties and Job Functions:
  
  
• Analyze and process financing submissions in accordance with company guidelines
  
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or documentation errors
  
• Maintain high standards of quality control across all submission reviews
  
• Support efficient workflow execution within operations and financing systems
  
• Communicate issues clearly and escalate when required
  
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

  Education & Experience:
  
  
• High School Diploma / GED required
  
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
  
• 1+ year of relevant experience required
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (preferred)
