Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager with expertise in Business Intelligence Engineering to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions. This role involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights that support production targets and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards covering Safety, Delivery, Quality, People, and Innovation KPIs.
  • Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Architect data models using star schema and dimensional modeling in Redshift to streamline reporting.
  • Drive end-to-end program execution for BI initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, engineering, quality, and safety to define KPIs and align reporting with organizational objectives.
  • Implement automated data quality validation and cleansing processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for 200 end-users to improve dashboard adoption and self-service analytics.

Skills:

  • Experience building dashboards in QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Python for data transformation and automation.
  • Manufacturing or production environment experience, preferably in satellite production/aerospace.
  • Experience with Azure technologies and/or Snowflake.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with technologies including Redshift, Glue, Athena, S3, DynamoDB, and Kinesis.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL/T-SQL for large-scale data analysis.
  • Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT workflows and dimensional data models.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years designing, building, and supporting large-scale analytics or data platforms in production environments.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with cloud data services including data warehouses, object storage, serverless compute, and streaming pipelines.
  • Proven ability to write complex SQL/T-SQL queries and design dimensional data models for high-volume analytical workloads.
  • Experience building, optimizing, and maintaining automated data ingestion and transformation workflows.
  • Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery models using backlog management and issue-tracking tools.
  • Dashboard and data visualization development using modern BI tools such as cloud-native BI platforms, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Exposure to alternative cloud platforms or modern data warehouses like Snowflake.

Work Environment:

This is an on-site role with standard weekday business hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $71.00 - $71.00/hr.
