Job Description

The Supply Chain Integrator will serve as the primary point of contact within the Supply Chain for their respective program at an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead level. This role involves managing the technical and programmatic aspects of the project, including cost, schedule, and quality, while interfacing with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Complete and On-Time Delivery (COTD) for assigned program deliverables, including new contracts and production.
  • Partner with IPT leads, program managers, and customers to establish technical requirements, develop project plans, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Facilitate and monitor cost reduction activities directly related to the program and suppliers.
  • Support product cost, performance, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive conversations and activities to meet all program milestones.
  • Establish and execute feasible material schedules in alignment with engineering and production requirements.
  • Meet Bill of Material (BOM) cost objectives and coordinate schedules with supplier product development.
  • Assess and evaluate all Engineering Change Notice (ECN) changes impacting program schedules.
  • Collaborate on daily and future shortages with purchasing and production to meet delivery commitments.
  • Oversee 'Line of Balance' analysis to support program long lead buys.
  • Revise schedules according to qualification plans and part/material availability.
  • Collaborate with all functions to ensure adherence to the production schedule.
  • Update the organization on material flow impacts of schedule changes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and procedures, including safety, quality, and security.
  • Lead supply chain schedules and key supply chain actions with suppliers and operations team.
  • Produce and provide Supply Chain 'Risk' analysis to program team and resolve issues timely.
  • Ensure purchasing execution aligns with program requirements and manage supplier on-time delivery and cost.
  • Interface with purchasing agents and subcontract suppliers regarding delivery schedules, costs, and contracts.
  • Support Supplier Development in assessing the capacity and capability of key program suppliers.
  • Manage emergency purchasing and on-site needs as necessary.

Essential Skills

  • 3-5+ years of experience in buying/planning.
  • Industry experience in Aerospace, preferably with interior cabins; automotive industry experience is also considered.
  • Experience with end-to-end program ownership, including cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Strong expertise in material planning, MRP, ERP systems, and master scheduling.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Syspro, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Demonstrated success in managing BOM cost targets and supporting cost reduction initiatives.
  • Experience leading supply chain execution at a program or IPT level, managing cost, schedule, and delivery performance, and working cross-functionally.
  • Experience driving supplier performance, including on-time delivery, cost management, and schedule alignment.
  • Experience in Supply Chain risk assessment.
  • Strong experience in shortage management, recovery planning, and ship-set delivery performance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.

Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite with a flexible start time, typically between 7-8 AM. The team consists of a manager and five others in the same role, including four full-time employees and one other contract employee. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with purchasing, engineering, planning, and program management. The facility operates under ITAR regulations, and the team is currently moving a production line from a different site to Huntington. Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. The work environment requires occasional travel between two nearby buildings.

This is a Contract position based out of Huntington Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $57.00/hr.
