Professional Liability Attorney

Senior Attorney (In-House - Westchester, NY & Southern CT)

We are a healthcare compliance company based in New Canaan seeking experienced attorneys to join our in-house legal team.

We are looking for professionals with backgrounds in professional liability, prosecution, government investigations, compliance, or healthcare law. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and the ability to handle complex legal and regulatory matters in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and supporting professional liability and healthcare-related matters
• Advising on compliance, regulatory risk, and internal investigations
• Collaborating with leadership on risk mitigation and legal strategy
• Working with outside counsel on litigation and enforcement matters
• Ensuring adherence to applicable healthcare laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• JD and active bar admission
• Experience in litigation, investigations, compliance, or healthcare law
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Prior experience in government, prosecution, or defense-side litigation preferred
