Why Work Here?

This is a direct placement opportunity in a stable manufacturing environment that supports long-term career growth. The company emphasizes safety through a strong Zero Harm culture and invests in thorough safety training before you begin full production work. You will have the chance to develop your skills with large-scale machinery and production processes while working within a structured schedule. The role offers the opportunity to build a consistent work history, gain valuable industrial experience, and grow with a team that values reliability, learning, and achievement.

Work Environment

The facility manufactures concrete-based building products and house siding used in the construction and home-building sector. Work takes place across three primary departments: a machine operation department where raw materials are mixed to create the product, a finishing department where products are painted, sealed, and stained according to order specifications, and a shipping and receiving department where finished products are palletized and prepared for shipment, often involving forklift operation. The environment is messy, wet, and very humid, with frequent exposure to bulk raw materials and moving equipment. The role requires frequent lifting of up to approximately 35 pounds and the ability to crawl under and around machinery. The schedule follows 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating pattern, with a day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and a night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Before starting full duties, employees complete a one-week safety training schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Appropriate work attire should be suitable for a physically demanding industrial environment with wet and messy conditions.
