Job Title: General Warehouse Associate
Job Description
This role is a general warehouse position within a large industrial steel operation. You will start on first shift for 3–4 weeks of hands-on training before transitioning to second shift. During training, you will learn to safely operate an overhead crane and forklift, accurately use a tape measure, and follow the company’s established operating rhythm to support efficient warehouse operations.

Work Environment
The position is based in a large industrial steel warehouse. The environment involves working around heavy materials, overhead cranes, and forklifts, with a strong emphasis on safety and proper equipment use. You will begin on first shift during the initial 3–4 weeks of training and then transition to second shift. The facility operates with a consistent operating rhythm and standard procedures to keep work organized and efficient. Appropriate work attire and use of personal protective equipment are required to safely perform daily tasks in this industrial setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
