Why Work Here?

You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with a laid-back and supportive environment that values steady, reliable work. The operation is small enough—around 40+ employees—to foster a close-knit, team-oriented culture where your contributions are visible and appreciated. A consistent Monday through Friday schedule supports work-life balance, and clear processes and modern equipment help you perform your work efficiently and safely.

Work Environment

The role is based in a smaller facility with approximately 40+ employees, offering a more personal and collaborative atmosphere. The environment is clean, climate-controlled, and organized, with a focus on comfort and efficiency. Production work typically involves sitting or standing at an individual table or bench while kitting orders and using a tablet and RF scanner for data entry and document scanning. Warehouse work involves operating stand-up forklifts with proper harnessing to access racking, using electric pallet jacks, and working with packing machines, palletizers, and automated tape machines. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with production shifts of 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (with the option to choose) and a warehouse shift of 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. The work includes regular physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, and performing tasks that require balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, all within a relaxed yet safety-conscious setting.
