Job Description

This role supports production and warehouse operations by accurately kitting parts for shipment, managing inventory in the system, and preparing service parts for delivery. You will work with SAP/RF scanners, packaging tools, and documentation to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders to identify required parts and materials for each shipment.
• Kit parts for shipping by gathering, organizing, and preparing all components according to order specifications.
• Use SAP and RF scanners to accurately input, update, and verify inventory data in the system.
• Print labels, packing slips, and other shipping documentation needed to complete each order.
• Use tape guns and other basic packaging tools to securely pack products for shipment.
• Handle and process service parts, ensuring all parts are correct, complete, and properly documented before shipping.
• Lift and move materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Follow established production, warehouse, and safety procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area within the production and warehouse space.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping schedules and resolve any order issues.

Essential Skills

• Experience working as a warehouse worker or production worker.
• Ability to read and follow work orders with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly during the shift.
• Basic proficiency using RF scanners for inventory or order processing.
• Comfort using computer-based systems such as SAP or similar inventory software.
• Experience with picking, packing, and general production or assembly tasks.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and packaging tools, including tape guns.
• Strong focus on accuracy when handling service parts and shipping documentation.

Work Environment

This position operates in a climate-controlled, very clean production and warehouse facility. You will work on a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. using SAP, RF scanners, hand tools, and packaging equipment such as tape guns. The role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling parts and packaging materials throughout the shift in a well-organized, safety-conscious environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN.

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $30.38/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lebanon,TN.
