Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Jacksonville, Florida, 32216
Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-4:30pm, with opportunity for overtime
Pay Rate: $14/hour
Job Description
The Production Worker supports high-volume manufacturing by operating machines, performing mechanical assembly, and working on a production line to build HVAC units and related sheet metal and steel components. This role involves using hand tools to bolt together products, drill holes into sheet metal, and assist with the assembly process in a fast-paced production environment that requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Work Environment
The role is based in a very large manufacturing facility that includes both production and shipping/receiving areas. The building features open-bay spaces, with climate-controlled conditions in some areas and more variable temperatures in others; it can become extremely hot or very cold depending on location and season. The position involves working on a production line and around heavy equipment, with regular heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. The standard schedule runs from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, in a structured production environment focused on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
