LHH is partnering with a well-established food manufacturer to hire their next Production Manager. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an operations professional who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement on the production floor. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, this individual will play a critical role in driving safety, quality, production performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives across a multi-shift manufacturing operation.



This role offers the opportunity to join a highly collaborative and aligned leadership team, influence plant culture, and make a visible impact on the future of the operation. The organization is seeking a people-focused leader who can build credibility with frontline teams, develop supervisors, and drive operational excellence while positioning themselves for future growth within the company. This is a fully onsite position located east of Portland, Oregon, with relocation assistance available. The salary range is $115,000-$125,000 DOE
