RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safety audits
Set goals for performance and deadlines
Using Continuous Improvement tools
Planning and implementation of productivity, equipment or process improvement efforts
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
Manage all manufacturing processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma
5 plus years of Production Management experience in a manufacturing industry.
Manager Logistics, production, maintenance, engineering and warehousing
Previous experience/best practices implementing and using continuous improvement/lean tools such as; Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, etc. to drive improvement.
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
ERP/MRP experience
Inventory
Experience in reporting on key production metrics
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
