Production Coordinator – Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace (Los Angeles, On-Site)

Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace (FRBP) is hiring a Production Coordinator to support apparel production between our design team and factories. This is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to convert to full-time with benefits. Looking for a collaborative operator who gets sh*t done. Immediate start preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate between design team and factories (domestic + overseas)
• Manage production timelines, approvals, and deliverables
• Maintain WIP reports and time-and-action calendars
• Track tech packs, specs, revisions, and files
• Support product development from proto/SMS through bulk production
• Partner cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and vendors
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery
• Maintain product margins across SKUs; negotiate with factories as needed

What You Bring

• Experience in apparel production (streetwear a plus)
• Strong understanding of the production lifecycle
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• ERP/PLM experience preferred (Full Circle a plus)
• Ability to read and build Adobe Illustrator tech packs
• Comfortable working on-site in Los Angeles and visiting vendors

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
