Production Control Supervisor

🏭 Production Control Supervisor — Lead the Plan. Own the Flow.

📍 Location: West Chester, OH

💰 Salary: $65,000–$80,000 (based on experience) + 2% quarterly bonus

🕒 Schedule: Full-time | On-site

If you're the person who brings order to chaos, thinks three steps ahead, and keeps a team and a production floor moving in sync—this is where you take the lead.

🔥 What You'll Drive:

• Coordinate daily work orders—communication, follow-up, and updates that keep production on track
• Supervise a team of production control and expediting professionals, and help them grow
• Assign materials to jobs and keep raw material and tubing inventory ahead of demand
• Monitor open POs and chase down what's needed for on-time delivery
• Partner with Production, Purchasing, and Sales to keep orders accurate and customers happy
• Spot process gaps and drive the improvements that fix them

🧠 What You Bring:

• 5+ years in production planning or a related area
• 2+ years leading or supervising a team
• Strong ERP skills (Microsoft Dynamics BC or D365 a plus) and solid MS Office
• Sharp attention to detail and a root-cause mindset
• The ability to stay organized and prioritize when things move fast
• Associate degree in business or a related field—or equivalent experience
