Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager III to support digital experience initiatives for telecom and networking-related products. This role will focus on driving digital strategy and customer experience for data and connectivity products such as fiber and internet services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with telecom or networking products and a strong ability to use data insights to guide product decisions and improve digital customer journeys.
This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity. The candidate must also be confident presenting to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the digital experience for telecom data products, including fiber and internet offerings.
- Translate complex networking and connectivity products into intuitive digital customer experiences.
- Use data insights and analytics to inform product strategy, prioritization, and feature improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver digital initiatives.
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, and workflows using Jira and Confluence.
- Develop presentations and communicate strategy, product updates, and insights to leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Help prioritize initiatives based on business goals, data insights, and customer needs.
- Navigate shifting priorities and ambiguity while keeping initiatives moving forward.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably supporting digital products or platforms.
- Experience working on digital products or websites for a large organization.
- Understanding of telecom networking products such as fiber, internet, or other connectivity services.
- Experience supporting digital customer experiences for telecom or technology products.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide product decisions.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with B2B telecom or technology products.
- Familiarity with residential telecom products and customer journeys.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Tableau.
- Background in networking or telecom infrastructure.
- Experience driving digital experience improvements for data or connectivity products.
