What you’ll achieve

As a Product Management Advisor, you will help shape products and roadmap decisions that balance compliance requirements, funding optimization, policy alignment, and long‑term technology strategy. You will serve as a key connector between OS partners and internal Product Group (PG) teams, translating partner actions, ecosystem policies, and data insights into actionable product and business strategy. You will influence long‑term product direction, recommend SKU and licensing strategies, and drive roadmap alignment across OS and hardware teams globally.

You will:

• Facilitate joint OS and hardware (HW) roadmap alignment sessions to maintain a synchronized, ecosystem‑ready product plan
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Partner teams to ensure products are positioned to delight customers and maximize eligible partner funding
• Monitor and communicate policy and program developments, changes, and frameworks; influence internal and external policy discussions to support strategic product outcomes
• Present strategic product communications across multiple stakeholder organizations

Essential Requirements

• Experience in defining long-term product strategy and vision
• Business acumen and critical thinking with the ability to interpret and communicating policies and guiding compliant product outcomes
• Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope and scheduling and deploying new feature sets
• Experience in writing product and customer requirements and using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize decision-making.

Desirable Requirements

• Strong technical skills in IT, datacenter, edge computing systems, Cloud, compute, storage, networking and security
• 5+ years’ experience in technical Product Management
