Product Portfolio Specialist

We’re looking for a Product Portfolio Specialist to support planning, execution, and lifecycle management of product portfolios across multiple industry segments, including Motorcycle, ATV, Snowmobile, and Personal Watercraft. This role partners closely with Sales, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a competitive, data-driven product lineup.

What You’ll Do

• Support product plans, launches, and lifecycle activities (intro, maintenance, EOL)
• Complete new part setup and maintain accurate product data
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback
• Assist with cataloging, pricing updates, promotions, and reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive portfolio and category performance
• Support compliance, sustainability, and packaging documentation

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience with powersports helmets and apparel, including product setup, lifecycle support, pricing, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams is preferred
• 2–4 years of product or category management experience
• Powersports or automotive industry experience preferred
• Advanced Excel/Power BI skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
