Sensera Systems is a market leader in solar-powered construction jobsite intelligence. As we continue to scale, our marketing department serves as the visual and strategic driver of that growth. We are looking for a design-focused Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to serve as the direct partner to our Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate is a versatile creative who is comfortable working within the Adobe Creative Cloud, maintains a high standard for clean aesthetics, and understands how to leverage social media for meaningful engagement. This role is a blend of high-level brand strategy and day-to-day creative execution.
What You Will Do
Graphic Design & Brand Assets
- Brand Integrity: Act as the primary steward of the Sensera brand, ensuring all touchpoints from technical datasheets to digital advertising remain visually consistent and professional.
- Production Design: Own the lifecycle of sales collateral, print materials, and digital assets. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop visual strategies tailored to our major General Contractor (GC) accounts.
- Technical Execution: Manage file preparation for both professional print and digital displays, maintaining strict organization and clean file conventions.
Social Media Management
- Strategy & Content: Research, design, and schedule compelling content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Data-Driven Growth: Move beyond simple posting by analyzing performance metrics and engagement data to refine our social strategy.
- Engagement: Proactively manage our social presence to grow our community and keep Sensera at the center of industry conversations.
Events & Field Marketing
- Logistics Coordination: Support the planning and execution of trade shows, regional summits, and other customer facing events. This includes managing registrations and coordinating the shipment of booth materials.
- Merchandise & Enablement: Manage Sensera’s branded merchandise inventory, ensuring the sales team is equipped with high-quality promotional tools and professional materials.
Who You Are
- Aesthetic & Adaptive: You have a strong eye for design and can shift from technical document updates to creative social campaigns without losing momentum.
- Adobe Proficiency: You are highly efficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with Premiere or After Effects for basic video editing is preferred.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in "clean" work and understand that small details from typography to file naming impact the final product.
- Professional & Proactive: You are a self-starter who helps build the project checklist rather than just following one. You are comfortable navigating internal stakeholder relationships and managing workflows in a fast-paced environment.
The Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in a marketing or graphic design role.
- Strong Portfolio: A proven track record in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite is required.
- On-site Presence: Ability to work from our Golden, CO office 3 days per week.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or the construction industry is a plus.
The Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000, based on experience.
