Title: Procurement Manager
Compensation: 140-150k base

Summary
A growing technology and solutions provider is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and scale its strategic sourcing function. This role will serve as the senior procurement leader, responsible for developing sourcing strategy, managing supplier relationships, and building a procurement organization to support continued business growth. The Procurement Manager will have high visibility across the business and play a key role in cost management, supplier performance, and operational scalability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management strategies across AV and IT hardware spend
- Lead supplier negotiations, securing competitive pricing, rebates, and long-term commercial agreements
- Drive total cost of ownership improvements through demand management, contract optimization, and supplier consolidation
- Build and manage strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key vendors
- Establish and track supplier performance metrics related to cost, delivery, quality, and service
- Partner with Asset Management on inventory planning and asset lifecycle strategy
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations on forecasting, margin improvement, and operational planning
- Create scalable procurement processes, governance, and reporting
- Track procurement KPIs including savings, spend visibility, and supplier performance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across procurement operations
- Participate in hiring and developing future procurement team members as the organization scales
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
- Proven experience negotiating supplier agreements and delivering measurable cost savings
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and sales
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar spend categories
Preferred
- Experience sourcing AV or IT hardware through OEMs or distributors
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Emerald, RentalResult, or similar platforms
- Prior experience building or scaling a procurement function
