Private Funds Associate Attorney

I am assisting a sophisticated boutique comprised of former “Big Law” attorneys seeking an Investment Funds/Private Funds Associate to support their cutting-edge practice.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience. PE experience would be helpful.

This is an ideal role for someone who is entrepreneurial, takes initiative and wants a different type of platform.

Funds is an accelerated practice in this space with a very impressive talent base.

This is a great opportunity if you are considering leaving BigLaw due to lack of training or no hands-on direct client experience.

1800 billable hour requirement.
