A Boston-based investment firm is currently expanding its legal team and is seeking a talented attorney to join its growing platform.

- Support the formation, structuring, launch, and ongoing operation of private investment funds and related investment vehicles.
- Assist with fund governance, regulatory, and compliance matters affecting private investment funds.
- Provide legal support for fund investments, co-investments, secondary transactions, and other strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
- 3–6 years of experience at a leading law firm or investment management organization.
- Strong experience advising on private investment fund formation and related fund matters.
- Familiarity with private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, credit funds, or other alternative investment structures.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating fund documentation and investor agreements.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
