The precaster assembles metal forms and participates in the full manufacturing process of precast and pre-stressed concrete products, including slabs, stairs, beams, and custom components. This role involves cleaning and preparing molds, pouring and finishing concrete, and supporting various production activities in a fast-paced, physically demanding shop environment.

Work Environment
This role is based at a precast concrete manufacturing facility that produces burial vaults, stairways, septic and water tanks, manholes, storm and sewer drainage components, retaining walls, park restrooms, light pole bases, and custom concrete projects. You will work primarily indoors on the production floor as part of a crew of approximately 5–10 people, within a larger workforce of about 150 employees. The shop is large with open doors and consists of six different production zones, each using different skills and concrete mixes. The environment is physically demanding, hot at times, and dirty, with concrete dust and splatter common throughout the work area. You will regularly use hand tools, power tools, concrete finishing tools, and may work around overhead cranes and other heavy equipment while wearing appropriate work attire suitable for a rugged, industrial setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
