Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated general laborers to join our team at a concrete precast facility. In this role, you will utilize hand and power tools, read tape measures, and engage in tasks such as cutting and tying rebar, forming concrete structures, pouring concrete, greasing forms, and painting. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the precast production area. This position requires comfort with outdoor work and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Starting pay is $17.50/hr.

Work Environment
The work schedule requires flexibility, typically Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6:30 pm, with potential variations in start and end times. Work will continue until tasks are completed, and weekend work is mandatory if necessary. The facility features an open bay/outdoor environment with a hanger-style covering and fans, requiring comfort with working in the elements.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
