We’re hiring Concrete Laborers / Construction Technicians who are local to the Denver Metro or Castle Rock area and flexible to travel for projects. This is a hands‑on role with steady work, paid travel, and opportunities to learn specialized concrete repair skills.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long‑term career in concrete and construction.

• Concrete repair and demolition
• Concrete placement and finishing support
• Formwork and basic carpentry
• Rebar replacement and prep
• Waterproofing and caulking
• Expansion joints and coating applications
• Carbon fiber installation
• Working safely on active commercial and civil job sites

• Local to Denver Metro or Castle Rock, CO
• 1+ year of construction experience preferred
• (Concrete, landscaping, farm work, exterior labor all considered)
• Commercial or large jobsite experience is a plus
• Safety‑minded and reliable
• Willing to travel up to 3 weeks at a time
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

💰 Pay: $22–$27/hr (based on experience)

⏱ Overtime: Available

🏨 Lodging: Paid when working 70+ miles from the shop

🍽 Per Diem:

• $45/day (non‑resort areas: TX, SD, etc.)
• $50/day (resort towns)
• 🎁 Benefits: Offered

• Projects throughout Colorado, surrounding states, and Texas
• Current work in Aspen, Telluride, Crested Butte, Vail, and Denver
• Must be flexible for travel assignments while maintaining a local home base

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Castle Rock, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
