Concrete Laborer

Join our team as a Concrete Laborer, where you will assist with forming, pouring, finishing, and curing concrete. You will play a key role in loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment. Your responsibilities will also include setting up and stripping concrete forms and rebar, assisting skilled tradespeople and finishers, and operating hand and power tools safely. Maintaining a clean and organized job site and adhering to safety procedures and company policies at all times will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Set up and strip concrete forms and rebar.
• Assist skilled tradespeople and finishers as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

• Willingness to learn concrete techniques and industry best practices.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Basic knowledge of construction tools is a plus.

Work Environment

You will have the flexibility to either drive straight to the job site or to the company location, from where you will be transported to the site. Work will primarily be outdoors, requiring the ability to perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions. Safety is a priority, and appropriate measures are in place to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Faribault, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
