Aerotek Hiring Precast Laborers – $20/Hour

Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active and see the results of your work every day? Aerotek is hiring Precast Laborers to support the production of large concrete components used in commercial and infrastructure projects.

• Assist with setting up and tearing down concrete forms
• Support concrete placement, smoothing, and finishing
• Move and organize materials to keep production running smoothly
• Use hand and power tools for measuring, cutting, and fastening
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Experience in construction, labor, or production (preferred)

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Ability to lift, carry, bend, and stay active throughout the shift

Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Dependable, safety-focused team player

$20/hour starting pay

Day shift with overtime availability

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur D Alene, ID.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
