Position Overview

ARV Finance is seeking a meticulous and organized Post-Closing Analyst to manage the final stages of the loan lifecycle. You will be the bridge between our closing table and our secondary market partners, ensuring every loan file is complete, compliant, and ready for trade. Key Responsibilities

• File Auditing: Conduct comprehensive reviews of closed loan packages to ensure all documents (Notes, Deeds, Disclosures) are executed correctly and meet regulatory standards.
• Shipping & Delivery: Package and transmit loan files to investors, custodians, and agencies within strict deadlines.
• Trailing Docs Management: Track and retrieve missing documents (recorded mortgages, final title policies) to ensure portfolios are trade-ready.
• Investor Relations: Resolve "stipulations" or purchase conditions flagged by investors to expedite the loan-buying process.
• Data Integrity: Update internal systems to reflect loan sale dates, shipping status, and secondary market movements.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in mortgage post-closing, shipping, or loan secondary marketing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar LOS) and Microsoft Excel.
• The "Eagle Eye": An uncanny ability to spot a missing signature or an incorrect date from a mile away.
• Efficiency: Proven ability to manage high volumes without sacrificing quality.
• Communication: Clear, professional tone for coordinating with title companies, attorneys, and investors.
