Plant Manager
We are searching for a Plant Manager for one of our manufacturing clients in the Green Bay, WI area.
Position Highlights
• Company is global manufacturer of absorbent products
• This person will be responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the manufacturing plant. This person will lead the all plant operations (safely, quality, production, improvements, etc.) This role is responsible for maintaining the highest level of standards while managing costs.
Background Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in textiles or related industries.
• Proven experience managing plant operations including production, maintenance, and quality.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
In particular: extrusion, bonding, converting, or similar
• Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and cost reductions.
• Position is direct hire and requires onsite work 5 days a week
