The Opportunity

We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at our Odessa, TX facility. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of plant performance across safety, quality, cost, and throughput.

This role is focused on execution and operational excellence—with dedicated internal support for supply chain and production planning, allowing you to concentrate on leading people, optimizing processes, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall plant performance and operational results
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable cross-functional teams
  • Drive execution of production schedules and daily operations
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Manage cost performance and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Oversee maintenance and equipment reliability
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance workflows and execution

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including plant-level responsibility
  • Strong background in plant operations, production, and performance management
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (PLEX, SAP, or similar)
  • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in oil & gas or heavy manufacturing is a plus
