Location: Hagerstown, MD 21740
Contract Details:- Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Mandatory Weekly Case Conference: Thursdays, 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
- Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 Hours
- On-Call/Weekend Requirement: None
- Contract Type: Travel Assignment (13 Weeks /3 months)
Compensation:
Local CompensationTravel Package- Weekly Pay: $2,600 - $2,850
- Weekly Stipend: $1,246
- Lodging: $770/week
- M&IE: $476/week
Mileage reimbursement is provided between patient visits.

Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Travel Physical Therapist to provide high-quality home health services throughout Washington County, MD. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, helping them regain mobility, improve functional independence, and achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and follow through with physician-approved plans of care.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members including:
- Registered Nurses
- Physical Therapy Assistants
- Occupational Therapists
- Home Health Aides
- Communicate patient progress, changes in condition, and care concerns with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with home health policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy License
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in one of the following:
- Home Health
- Hospital
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Outpatient Setting
Preferred Qualifications- Previous Home Health experience preferred.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient schedules efficiently.
Additional Information- Productivity Expectation: 30 points/week.
- Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs or button-down shirt with khakis.
