As a PT at OSSI, you work alongside chiropractors, physiatrists, and occupational medicine 

providers, collaborating on complex cases and delivering truly coordinated patient care. Our

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic and occupational caseload

• Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care

• Progress patients through functional strengthening programs

• Collaborate with on-site chiropractors, physiatrists, and occupational medicine providers 

on complex cases

• Participate in integrated care planning across disciplines

• Educate patients to improve functional movement quality and long-term outcomes

• Document accurately and efficiently

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture


Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Ohio

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Interest in orthopedics; pelvic floor experience or interest is a plus

• New graduates are welcome mentorship and structured onboarding provided

This position may be based at one of our three Northeast Ohio clinic locations, with potential for 

flexible hours across sites based on clinic needs and candidate preference:

• Boardman, Ohio

• East Liverpool / Calcutta, Ohio

• Howland, Ohio


Compensation

Salary: $77,000–$95,000+ per year

Compensation is flexible based on experience, specialty skills, and education. We are 

committed to paying competitively and rewarding clinical excellence. Starting pay reflects 

market benchmarks for Northeast Ohio and will be discussed transparently during the interview 

process.
