Pharmacist - Informatics

Position Summary

As an Informatics Pharmacist, you will:

• Optimize and support pharmacy informatics systems, technologies, and workflows across Regional and affiliated locations
• Enhance medication safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance through smart system use and continuous improvement
• Support and help manage drug diversion monitoring programs and tools
• Contribute to the integrity of the medication-use process and supply chain
• Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including dispensing and drug information, in accordance with hospital standards and pharmacy law
