We are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal who is focused on providing a superb client experience and is excited to play a key role in supporting both pre-litigation and litigation matters. Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual and in-person intakes for new cases and pre-litigation matters
• Draft and organize pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials
• Maintain and update case files and a case management systems with accuracy
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation
• Calendar deadlines, depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Provide general support to attorneys throughout pre-litigation and litigation stages

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
• Experience using case management software
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Exceptional client relations and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Experience

• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
